What is FLL?
FLL Discover
Children ages 4-6, join a noncompetitive, playful, introductory STEM program where they build structures using LEGO® DUPLO® bricks in hopes of expanding their building skills, and their natural curiosity.
FLL Explore
In FLL Explore, teams of students ages 6-10 learn about fundamentals of engineering, designing, and coding while exploring real-world problems, and creating unique solutions made with LEGO bricks and powered by LEGO® Education SPIKETM Essential or WeDo 2.0.
FLL Challenge
In FLL Challenge, a team of students ages 9-16(depends on the country, but in the US its usually 4th-8th grade) attempt to research and solve real world problems and reach out to professionals to get feedback and then present their product or solution to a judging panel. They also continue to build their programming and engineering skills by building a LEGO robot that navigates the missions of a robot game. All while learning to apply new core values in their FIRST journey.

Our fll teams
We love spreading FIRST and supporting other FIRST teams. One of our favorite ways to do this is through our mentorship of one local FLL Challenge Team, one Australian FLL Challenge Team, and one local FLL Explore Team. You can find information on their season below!
These are the teams that we mentored this year and their awards!
